02 What Can Be Returned

Please review the conditions below before raising a return request:

  • Item returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Item is unused and unworn
  • Original tags and packaging intact
  • Item received in damaged or defective condition
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Size or colour does not match the order

  • Return request raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Item has been worn, washed, or altered
  • Tags removed or packaging damaged by customer
  • Items purchased during sale or at discounted price
  • Custom-stitched or made-to-order pieces
  • Innerwear, accessories, or jewellery items

03 How to Raise a Return

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

Contact Us Within 7 Days

Email us at hello@roohelibas.com or WhatsApp us at +91 99999 99999 with your order ID and reason for return.

Share Photos / Videos

Attach clear photos or a short video of the item showing the issue (defect, wrong item, damage etc.). This helps us process your request faster.

Return Approved

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with approval and pickup or drop-off instructions.

Pack & Dispatch

Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags intact. Drop it off at the designated courier or wait for our pickup, as instructed.

Refund / Exchange Processed

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

04 Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed as follows:

Shipping charges paid at the time of original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

05 Exchange Policy

We offer free size or colour exchanges on eligible items, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and preferred size/colour
  • Once the original item is received and inspected, the replacement will be dispatched
  • Exchange delivery takes 5 – 7 business days from the date of pickup
  • If the requested size or colour is unavailable, a full refund will be issued
  • Only one exchange is allowed per order item

06 COD Orders

Returns and refunds on Cash on Delivery orders are fully supported. Please note the following:

  • Refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
  • Please share your bank account details (account number, IFSC code, account holder name) when raising a return request
  • Refunds are initiated within 5 – 7 business days after item inspection
  • COD handling charges (if any) are non-refundable

07 Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise and will resolve it immediately at no cost to you:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp
  • Share unboxing photos or video as proof
  • We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund
  • No need to pay any return shipping in such cases — it is entirely on us

Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery without prior notice may not be accepted under this clause.

08 Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and customisation reasons:

  • Innerwear, shapewear, and intimate clothing
  • Jewellery, hair accessories, and fashion accessories
  • Custom-stitched, altered, or made-to-measure garments
  • Items purchased during clearance, flash sales, or at heavily discounted prices
  • Gift cards and store credit vouchers
  • Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or altered after delivery

We clearly mark such items as "non-returnable" on their respective product pages. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
