At Roohe Libas, we understand that receiving your order on time and in perfect condition is as important as the outfit itself. We ship across India through trusted courier partners to ensure your purchase arrives safely and beautifully.
02 Shipping Charges
We believe in transparent pricing. Here is our shipping fee structure:

03 Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch from our warehouse:

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed via SMS and email.
04 Order Processing
Here is how your order journey looks from the moment you place it:
Order Confirmed
You receive an order confirmation email and SMS with your order ID immediately after placing your order.
Quality Check
Our team inspects and packs your item carefully within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM are typically processed the same day.
Dispatched
Your order is handed to our courier partner. You receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email and SMS.
Out for Delivery
The courier will attempt delivery to your address. You may receive a call from the delivery agent before arrival.
Delivered
Your order is delivered. We hope you love it! Share your look with us on Instagram and tag @roohelibas.
Please note: Orders are not processed on Sundays and national public holidays.
05 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you can track it in the following ways:
- Via the tracking link sent to your registered email and phone number
- By logging into My Account on our website and visiting Order History
- By contacting our support team with your order ID on WhatsApp or email
If your tracking link is not active within 48 hours of receiving the dispatch confirmation, please reach out to us.
06 Courier Partners
We work with India's most reliable logistics partners to ensure timely and safe delivery:
- Delhivery
- Shiprocket / Blue Dart
- Ekart Logistics
- DTDC
- India Post (for select remote pin codes)
The courier partner assigned to your order depends on your pin code and availability at the time of dispatch. We automatically select the fastest available option for your location.
07 Cash on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders across most pin codes in India. Please note:
- COD is available on orders up to ₹5,000
- An additional COD handling fee of ₹40 may apply
- COD may not be available for all pin codes — availability is shown at checkout
- Please keep exact change ready at the time of delivery
- COD orders are processed after verification via OTP or call from our team
08 Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will try again up to 2 more times. In case of repeated failure:
- The package will be returned to our warehouse
- We will contact you to re-arrange delivery at a mutually convenient time
- Re-shipping charges may apply for the second attempt
- For prepaid orders, a full refund will be issued if re-delivery is not possible
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of placing the order to avoid failed deliveries.
09 Damaged or Wrong Orders
We pack all orders with great care. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
- Do not accept a visibly damaged package — refuse delivery and inform us immediately
- Take unboxing photos/videos as evidence before opening
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you
Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution under this policy.
10 International Shipping
Currently, Roohe Libas ships exclusively within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
However, if you are based outside India and wish to place an order, please write to us at hello@roohelibas.com — we will try our best to assist you on a case-by-case basis.
